My name is Terry Armstrong. My story started over 7 years ago. I had a lovely home – a home I shared with my wife and two sons, and a thriving business – a business I built up 10 years ago. But I lost it all, or rather it was all taken from me. My beautiful home - that I bought bit by bit as and when I could afford it - was left derelict. (Click on 'About Us' to read my incredible story.) I fought to keep my home – and I'm still fighting, but there comes a time when your resolve weakens. It would be easy to give up – it has crossed my mind on numerous occasions – but I won't! The one thing no one can take from me is the unconditional love and support of my family and friends. I know I am the victim of injustice, but I also know I have the strength to carry on. I'm a survivor. (Please click on the video on the right hand side. | When someone takes away your home, they take away the heart of your being.
All the memories that you have stored over the years evaporate into thin
air, leaving you with an empty shell, making you feel worthless. If you are staring down that miserable barrel of a gun, you'll probably know there are plenty of sources of information and support but nowhere to talk about it. Psychologists say "to share is to relieve." As we know only too well, getting it off your chest can be really therapeutic. So here is that place!! This site is for the sole purpose of telling your story, the story the courts and the system as a whole are not interested in: what happened? what went wrong? was there a light at the end of your tunnel and does your story have a happy ending?
