THE ARMSTRONG FAMILY FROM KENT WERE EVICTED TWICE FROM THEIR FAMILY HOME
OF 30 YEARS, AS REPORTED ON NATIONAL TV AND IN THE PRESS WHEN THEY
SQUATTED IN THEIR OWN HOME FOR CHRISTMAS 2008.
Over the years I have tried to settle the
paedo's solicitors top-up legal costs. The paedo is dead and buried but
his solicitor, Mr Harper , of 'Kingsfords' Ashford, refuses to negotiate
to resolve the issue because he has a back door deal with Northern Rock
Bank (NRAM). Northern Rock realised they did not have security on the
property in total and therefore instructed 'Kingsfords' to sell it for
them, to cover up their negligence, thinking that Harper had a charge on
the whole property, but he doesn't.See
letter from Northern Rock to Kingsfords instructing Mr Harper.
In fact, the bank and Mr Harper only have
security on the house because the court ruled we still own the
surrounding garden land. Therefore the property is landlocked and
worthless, prompting Northern Rock to rely on Kingsfords to sell it for
them.See
letter from Northern Rock confirming they will rely on Kingsfords to
sell.
Solicitors representing the Armstrong family, Berry and Berry, Tunbridge
Wells, wrote to Northern Rock confirming the property as worthless.See
letter.
Kingsfords consistently block any negotiation to resolve the issue of
the dead paedo's outstanding legal costs in preference to collecting a
larger sum for selling the house as arranged by Northern Rock bank.See
letter.
The Biography of
'eastender' Terry Armstrong is under way,
promoted by the release of the film ‘Sweet Revenge’ about
his struggle to lead
a normal family life.
Terry Armstrong was repeatedly sexually abused as a child
and has carried the shame of it all his life. As is commonplace
with adults who were abused as children, Terry has put as
much space as possible between his unhappy childhood and his normal
family life of today.
In 2003 Terry discovered a family member to be
a paedophile and physically attacked him. His reaction to thisdiscovery is alien to most people who would have simply
called the police, but to Terry’s mind at the time, to do this
would only serve to reveal his secret shame that he had
suffered for 60 years.
His psychotherapist explains "Terry was forced to re-visit the
emotional reality of his own childhood abuse, when confronted
with the photographic evidence that his uncle had
been sexually abusing young children". She diagnosed he would
have been blinded by rage at this point when past and present
merged: explaining his violent reaction.
See Psychiatric report
After a crisis discussion with his wife and children, Terry did in
fact report the matter to the police and social services, but of
course this gave the paedophile sufficient time to remove or
destroy the evidence: accordingly the police found nothing with
which to prosecute the paedophile. This left Terry with a
situation in law where he could not substantiate his claims.
The paedophile took legal action against Terry and won plus
costs. It was these costs that lost Terry his home in Kent, the
family being evicted by the paedophile’s solicitors Kingsfords
of Ashford, Kent, in partnership with Northern
Rock Bank on the 13th August 2008.
On 31st January 2009 Terry attempted to take his own life by
jumping off a motorway bridge. He was detained by the police
under Section Order 136 and held at Priory House, Maidstone,
Kent, and has since been receiving psychiatric therapy. He was
diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder and retains a self
destructive potential of 100%, brought about by his continued
struggle through the courts to return his family to their
home in Kent.
He has had a lengthy
battle to regain his credibility through the
courts against the injustices of life both past and present.

The family business ran out
of money fighting the long and protracted legal battle
with the 'alleged' paedophile. The battle is not over -
but the money has gone (for now!!).
I am confident that I can rebuild Triple A; and I am
actively seeking business angels, investors,
participating partners, etc. to provide working capital
funding.

realise your
dreams!!!
I challenged Amex for charging me compound interest for my
American Express credit card debt when there was nowhere in
their agreement that allowed for this. They admitted it and
also admitted destroying all the paperwork prior to 2001 – but
the judge let them off.
On 12th
January 2010, Mr Gary Hoffman, Chief Executive of Northern Rock,
told the Select Committee that he talks to his customers.
I am asking him directly in this video message, to talk to me
They evict and arrest
you........Northern Rock don't care........And the MP's Condone
it!!
Is this how Northern
Rock view justice?
My
name is Terry Armstrong.
My
story started over 7 years ago. I had a lovely home – a home I
shared with my wife and two sons, and a thriving business – a
business I built up 10 years ago. But I lost it all, or rather
it was all taken from me. My beautiful home - that I bought
bit by bit as and when I could afford it - was left derelict.
(Click on 'About Us' to read my incredible
story.)
I
fought to keep my home – and I'm still fighting, but there comes a
time when your resolve weakens. It would be easy to give up –
it has crossed my mind on numerous occasions – but I won't!
The one thing no one can take from me is the unconditional love and
support of my family and friends. I know I am the victim of
injustice, but I also know I have the strength to carry on.
I'm a survivor. (Please click on the
video on the right hand side. I had a great deal of fun
singing the song, and if it can lift the spirits of others then it
was worth making. If it amuses you then please tell your
friends to watch it.)
I had so
many plans before the carpet was ripped from beneath my feet, and I
now intend to re-build my business – Triple A Multimedia Group.
For a taster, some of my plans are mentioned in my mission
video – please click to find out more.
When someone takes away your home, they take away the heart of your being.
All the memories that you have stored over the years evaporate into thin
air, leaving you with an empty shell, making you feel worthless.
If you are staring down that miserable barrel of a gun, you'll
probably know there are plenty of sources of information and support but
nowhere to talk about it.
Psychologists say "to share is to relieve." As we know only too well, getting it off your chest can be really therapeutic. So here is
that place!!
This site is for the sole purpose of telling your story, the story the courts and the system as a whole are not interested in: what happened? what went wrong?
was there a light at the end of your tunnel and does your story have a
happy ending? Your experiences could help someone else find a way out.
Send me an email about your experiences and/or success stories and I
will publish them. Your experiences may just help others to understand
that they are not alone.
